Registration fees include; participation to all scientific sessions, admission to the scientific and
commercial exhibition, all congress documentation (congress bag, name badge, congress book,
certificate of attendance), 3 coffee breaks (November 6-7), 2 open buffet lunch (November 6-7),
welcome cocktail (November 6) and VAT.

* Full: Specialists who a member of one of the supporting socities. Non-member pays + €50.
** Discounted: Residents, Students, Nurses, Accompanying Persons, Company Representatives. Discounted registration is applied only to 30 persons, according to priority of payment. Please check availability of discounted registration from: info@ismissturk.org
To document residentship, a formal, signed and scanned letter from department head is required

Registration Form

Conditions and Procedures 

  • To register for the congress, please forward the completed Registration Form to SEMTUR.
  • When you send the registration form, SEMTUR will send you “Payment Form” for the payment process.
  • Your registration will be confirmed once SEMTUR has received your payment form, together with your credit card information or bank receipt. You will then receive written con­firmation.
  • Please bring the registration con­firmation letter to the registration desk to help with the formalities.
  • All transfer charges, bank collection fees and financial charges are at the responsibility of the participant.


Changes and Cancellation Conditions
Refund for cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge

Before August 16, 2015

Full refund excluding bank fees and financial charges

Between August 16 - September 01, 2015

50% of registration fee

After September 01, 2015

No refund

  • All changes and cancellations can only be made written.
  • All cancellations must be made written to the meeting secretariat and the refund will be made after the meeting
  • All refunds will be given following the conclusion of the congress.
  • Name changes are permitted on the basis that written notice is given prior to the start of the meeting.
